NATURE WALK THROUGH PRIMEVAL FORESTS
The biodiversity of a large part of the Kodagu region is dependent on the preservation of the Devarakadu or forest groves which have remained untouched by human hand for centuries.
While the Devarakadu are getting endangered, a walk through the primeval forests will bring home the reasons why we need to protect our forests.

Entering Kirudale was like going home...to Assam. It is a land that God has decided to do up in all possible shades of green. Air so fresh that very soon your lungs scream out for the black soot of the concrete jungles they they have become so used to.
And what truly amazed me was the bounty that the place has been blessed with - coffee and pepper and cardamom, of course. Then there are tangerines, mangoes, avocadoes, a whole host of citrus fruits. God sure went out all the way when he made Coorg.
In Kirudale you can get drunk on nature herself...but of course you can still have that wee drop if you have to
