Hi,
Let us welcome you to Planter’s Camp, Kirudale near Madapur town in North Coorg. Recently, we added five more tents to take our total count to ten tents.
Kirudale is an enchanting place. The Camp is located half way between the top of the hill and the rivulet at the bottom.
Located on a jutting shelf, it gives you a good view across to the rolling fields and mountains as the mist closes in on them. While the camp sits in a patch of land that is mostly jungle, all around you are some of the best plantations of Coorg.
We am sure you would love to take a walk through the plantations, sit on the bridge by the river, take a walk to the waterfall, wash your feet in the rivulet or simply soak in the brilliant canopy of stars and the crisp air, surrounded by nature.
Located in 10 acres of pristine forest land that’s surrounded by coffee, cardamom and pepper plantations, Planter’s Camp at Kirudale provides guests a unique experience of living in the heart of untamed nature.
The camp is a retreat for nature lovers who can enjoy the stunning beauty of sacred groves, hear a varied bird population and watch the changing moods of a rivulet or the waterfall as it melts into white foams on brown rocks.
Leisurely walks through the sacred groves and listening to the stillness of the night under a bright canopy of stars will rejuvenate both your body and mind.

Hi,
I had been to the camp last weekend with a friend of mine. I had a phenomenal time and would strongly recommend this to people who are in groups, love the wilderness and want a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Thanks Rajesh! Great to hear. Look forward to seeing you at the camp in the future as well
A perfect getaway from the maddening city life. Sleeping in the tents in the middle of nowhere and waking up to the sounds of chirping birds, especially the whistling schoolboy ;-), was an awesome experience...I especially loved the nature walks into the forest and the ride to the river, and not to miss the scrumptious food...A truely wonderful experience!!!
I visited the planter's camp in June this year and had the most memorable time of my life here...Its so very different from the holidays one has at the usual tourist spots in the country. The coffee plantations, the waterfalls, the winding lanes in the mountanous terrain, all merit a visit to this great place.
Cheers!

I went to planters camp during the rains. Have not been to a more beautiful naturally scenic place in a long time. Coorg is i would say few paces even ahead of kerala in its beauty and the cuisine they serve at plancers camp is sooo yum.
The experience is staying in a tent and climbing on stone steps is totally unique and JUST AWESOME
Planters Camp was the prefect getaway from the chaos of city life. We were at Planters Camp in June when the monsoons were just settling in and its was truly refreshing living in the midst of lush greenery and going for long leisurely walks - enjoying nature at its vibrant best.
The delicious home-cooked food and the friendly hosts made this a truly memorable holiday and we look forward to returning soon.

An ideal holiday place..........no no TV, no loud volumes, no gadgets......all away from modernisation.
Planters camp is a perfect place to link up with nature while you are having a walk in the forest or checking out those coffee plants or passing by the river or while sleeping in those tents and waking up by the to the sounds of chirping birds.
Its is a wonderful place to recharge yourself by filling in fresh air and experiencing the nature so closely :)
Hi,
Visited Planter's Camp in June, just as monsoon set in.It is a beautiful place tucked away in lush green hills. Living in tents, in the wilderness with just the bare necessities was a highly refreshing experience. The Camp is perfect for someone looking for an off-the beaten-track destination to unwind in.
P.S. The food is great ! So this 'bare necessity' is taken care of.

Being an avid traveller, I have traversed the length and the breadth of the country. But Coorg happens to be one of the few memorable places, with Kirudale being the perfect host. The exquisite cuisine and the quaintly luxurious tents, in the midst of wilderness added to the charm of the Planter's Camp..........you have to be there to feel it
Hi
My trip to planters camp was simply great! Away from the humdrum of city life, right in the lap of Coorg's untouched natural beauty....I savoured every moment of being there. With Alex playing the perfect host and guide, taking us through the coffee plantations and the hidden waterfalls, this trip will always remain one of the most memorable ones for me.
I plan to be there again soon...
"I have been using Advanced Gain Pro for 3 months now and I must say I'm simply amazed. I really didn't think the product would have this many benefits. I really only purchased the pills to help the reliability of my erections. But to my surprise every aspect of my penis and sex life has improved. I have larger, harder erections easily, and I can really satisfy my girlfriend fully now."

Had been there recently with family.. It was a FANTASTIC experience.. we enjoyed everything right from our first ride upto the tent at 9pm to the day we left early in the morning.. the hospitality (Kavan & Team), the food.. having tea whenever.. the trek to the waterfall.. the walk in the plantation.. the TENTs - my mom had never been in one before.. the bonfire..It was a complete experience!! :-D
Hi Supriyo,
I was there at your camp on 3rd and 4th Jan 2009 with my friends and was amazed with the beauty of the place. We all had a fabulous time at the camp. The service provided by Kavan (our care taker there) was simply excellent. He took care of each of our needs and was outstanding! The variety of delicasies was great. The nature walk and trek was really refreshing. Unfortunately, we were there only for a day (and night). Will certainly recommend this place to all my friends and looking foward to be there once again. Again, a special note of thanks and appreciation for Kavan! :-)
